My Excursion split a front rotor in half without giving any hint that it had a problem. Pulling into 7-eleven and herd a pop sound and that was it.

I guess I could see where that may be the case with a bad or porous casting, but in this case look at the waves and gouges in it --- must have chattered something awful. :eek:
