"Escort" trailer?? what is that? what kind of trailer for rendezvous?
Hello,
I was wondering if someone could help me. According to the Bayliner.com catalog for the 1996 Rendezvous deck boat (which is actually a catamaran type hull) it requires a "22' Escort Trailer".
I searched for that on the internet and found a few references to it but no actual description of what it means.
How do I find out what type of trailer I need for a 1996 Rendezvous before I start looking for one?
Thank you if you can help me!

I doubt you will find anything. Your best bet is to find a trailer manufacturer who will built you an aluminum bunk trailer custom fit to your specs. Its not that big a deal. There are plenty of cat boats out there, and many manufacturers know what to do.
Bayliner probably had a OEM deal with Escort (?) when they introduced the boat to have a custom-correct trailer when the boats left the factory.

Wow. It never occurred to me that Escort was a brand name. They still make it SO difficult. Did you know there is no way to contact anyone at Bayliner from the Bayliner.com website? (only a link to contact your local dealer which I did).
Apparently, Brunswick owns Bayliner and Escort, but they don't provide a way to contact Escort on their corporate website either.
I appreciate the response. I just didn't realize Escort was a brand. Thanks again,
Bryan
