I wonder if that's a standard feature on some models. The old man's '07 6.0 starts to idle high on its own after a little bit.

as far as i know they all have the feature but it has to be done with a switch. Mine idles up some but not as much as a the switch would allow. I think switch brings it to around 1500. I haven't done mine yet...but I am going to. Might also have to do with the ac running. mine is an 05 so they might have done it for the 07. Like panic button said it is a wire under the dash and you just connect 12 volts to it... I was going to use one of the built in switches if you don't have it, you can just add a normal toggle. Though if you wanna get creative i was told you could add some sort of resitor switch and turn up or down the idle....I will just take the standard route
