Anybody who purchases a 4500 needs to get rid of those 19's and bolt on some 22.5's.

hers a pic of mine.

Frogman524 the 20"s with 41"s are on order just have to wait 12-14 weeks all this with no suspension lift.
But the 19.5s work great for what I need when towing, and for the direct bolton 22.5s are close to 8k from Monroe.

Nice lookikng truck there. The 22.5's, if money was no object, just look great to me. Especially the ones you see on 3500's.

Those are awesome looking rigs. Do they tow and ride just great on road trips. Those wheels make the truck. JPD is yours 4x4. it obviously appears so. Whats the heaviest you've towed with it. Did you notice any ride change or power loss with the wheel change.

when towing it pulls and ride great. I have put (I know I'm gonna get cursed)22386lbs on the pintle set up for about a 3 hr trip. pulled it better than I expected for it to do fr the truck is all stock, able to maintain highway sppeds and shut it down when needed in town at the red lights as well. The truck is 4x4 those are the stock 19.5s on it in that picture, with my gearing (5.13) I will be anxious to see how the 41's do compaired to the 32.5" tires now, for at 75mph I am turning 2500rpm with the allison 6speed auto if the bigger tires get me to around 1900to2200rpm it will be perfect for the road trips but not hauling. A couple of 4500's that have that weel and a 40 said the ride changed but the acceleration didnt loose to much off for the hole shot will pin you back. Waiting for a couple or releases of EFI LIVE to come out before I tune it up and put the exhaust on.

That's good. I know a guy who runs a construction company out here in Arizona and he tows 15,000lb's with his 2005 C4500 and he hates it. Slow, the air suspension never works right, the air seats never work right, his tranny is falling apart at 45,000 miles, and the bed rubs on the back edes of the cab.
