It is a great car but 5K behind sticker on a soon to be 2 yr old car is no great deal. You can buy one new in FL 5k behind MSRP. For all these great offers I can't believe you still own the car.

If you don't sell it in the next 3 weeks, take it to the first Highline Sale in July at Manheim. The first one is the larger one and draws more buyers. You'll get close to your price.
As far as holding their price, they do. I've had several of them over the years and they're one of the best cars to own for resale value. But chit, what do I know, I've only been doing this since 1974. Of course, everybody is a pro at this, that's not in the business. That's why I mainly wholesale, can't put up with retail know-it-alls.
Here's the current market on your car. For those of you who think you know it all...........this is the freakin' market value, these are actual wholesale sales. Not a freakin' KBB or NADA guess, but actual sales.

Other than that Revees, Suncoast and Bert Smith in the Tampa area would have sold that car new for 5-8% off sticker...easy.....they all also have a great selection of used certified 996 and 997S in stock. I was at Reeves last month and they had a few '05 997S that stickered new back in 05 for around 80-90k and they were asking around $68k. 2004 996 Turbo Cab new condition 5k miles was going for right at $95k late last year. I deal with Henry Rivera at Reeves a lot so call him and tell him Mike Carter sent you and you want the hook up! Henry will laugh and work hard for you. Dave Wilson and Ron the mngr at Suncoast is also awesome to deal with on used and new Porsche.

I picked this one up brand new (was a left over) in November for $38,500. Sticker was $51,000
