i looked when i went by, it was a receiver style hitch, not attached to the bumper.. it had pretty neutral tongue weight. the boat was easily a 45' x 11 or 12 wide. my superduty woulda known it was back there, thats for sure..

Man we see that stuff all the time. I bet you would have more of a chance getting pulled over for not wearing your seatbelt than pulling something like that. If you see this again please call the state police and ask for the DOT officer on duty.

as exciting as it would be to see him get pulled over and gone through, theyd be more interested in me.. I pull hazmat small loads on a flatbed truck.. we are an easy target for DOT because they can see everything we have on board without having to move any other freight.. they use us to meet their quota.. so i avoid calling DOT and asking for the officer on duty.. makes my day so much smoother..

of course i guess i could call anonymous

You're right !! My first glance at it, I thought the truck was a 1500 or 2500 chevy shortbed, probably because of the tires sticking out the wheel well openings. Now that I looked again a little closer, it DOES look like a nissan or an izzu or some other little $hitbox.

What a menace to all the other traffic on the highways.

It was a 4wd 4cyl toyota pickup.. 80's model.. you could hear the transmission screaming as you passed the third axle on the trailer, thats how loud it was..
That's definitely calling-the-cops-worthy. Though I can understand why you wouldn't want to.

There's pushing your limits, and then there's just plain old stupid. This is an example of just plain stupid.
