Everything on that link is the stuff I pitch in the trash all the time.

I have not had a chance to look at it yet. I only have one of the two bulbs on each circuit replaced with LEDs. This causes my blinker(s) to flash twice as fast, which is actually quite attention grabbing.

The LEDs are probably are acting like a blown reg light bulb. All my Ford products do this when a light is out. Twice as fast and weird clicking sound?

Turned out to be a bad (not LEB) lightbulb in the taillight. I had to pull out each light on the left circuit on the truck to figure out the issue. It had some kind of intermittent connection inside of the bulb. One minute it worked, the next it didn't. It was not burnt out, nor was the filament broken.

Thanks everyone.
