I'll have to find out but I know he didn't trade, guy makes over 7 figs and buys all vehicles cash. Def a standard wheelbase Denali as I came by their office the other day. Might have been a dealer demo, but all I know is he told me new.

Off the GMC site:
2008 GMC Yukon Denali 2WD
(Select a different vehicle)

MSRP: $47,385.00
Employee Price: $42,189.23
Total Cash Back: $5,000.00
Your Price: $37,189.23*

Knocking another 12K off that on a new vehicle even a demo seems to be a long shot.......

Looks like a Jassman backpeddle to me! :drink:

The original challenge was a new one ton with a 51-53K MSRP for 37K. Ebay had several from each of the big three.
Here is a 49K one for 37K right here on OSO.

Wait til I start looking for those 43 NT/ 700 boats....... I think they must be down to 250K as a new demo boat :ernaehrung004:

I think Jass meant in his post that there are not the loaded 55K duallies, etc. for mid 30's and upper 20's as people are talking about. I do know you can buy bare bones, not loaded Chevy crew cab 3500's for around 37k but not the loaded up stuff. My buddy showed me his true cost after rebates and that is less than he can pay!!!! The used market and auction market is underwater right now but I heard from the recent 3 weeks of auctions that the prices are getting stronger with winter, etc. Just from what he told me. Things are definitely softer but regardless a 49K truck here for 37k is a far leap from a $56k loaded one for $37k. Not disputing anyone, just still crying over my 07 denali loaded that was $56k sticker new that is worth upper $20's now, I hope!!!

new is 09..not 08..(already have an 08, and it's a year old) and still 49k list is not 51-53k list for 37k buy..no back peddle..I buy 2-3 trucks a year... point proven..

secondly, have gotten ripped off on Ebay, plus no dealer support like if you bought it from the dealer. The good thing is I can walk right in on all three of the GM, Ford and Dodge dealerships, drop my truck off, sign a sheet of paper for ins. verification, go to the board, grab some keys, pick out a late model used truck or demo and go to work. When I bring it back I put back all the gas I used and then some, and tell them what I thought needs to be looked at if anything. Simple and super convient. Works for Me.:cool-smiley-011:
