"Out the door" as in; truck, taxes, destination, and doc (which is what 'out the door' means)? If so, yes, that is a fantastic deal, and I'll take one too.

If $43K is for truck only, then it is an average deal, but pretty much on par with what they fetching currently. Still a good deal nonetheless.

6.7 and 6 speed auto is a sick combo, the old 5.9 and 4 speed auto sucked. I just can't stand the DPF crap on the new trucks, do a delete and tune and trucks run so much better, and much better mileage.

It's harder to do the DPF and EGR deletes on the Cummins but it can be done. There are some threads about the problems here;

I have a 2006 with the G56 6 speed manual. Great fuel mileage, have seen 24mpg(fresh oil, fuel filter, level road, wind at my back lol) by hand calc, but I do wish I had the automatic with a Gear Vendors splitter.
