Whats a decent price to trade 1 year from a 2010 F250 Lariat to a 2011 same truck? Of course both are diesels, and I have 20000 miles on the '10. Just curious, alway traded after two to three years in the past, but really want one of these trucks.

I have a feeling it will cost a pretty penny to trade to a 2011. Our local dealers are taking $14K off sticker for new 2010's. That has to hurt the trade in values.

just traded my 08 F350 that had 85000 mi in it for a 2011 F450. Love it so far but only seeing 12.8 around town. Only have 300mi on it so far so will see if it gets better.

Thinking they got to get rid of the old inventory first, don't mind waiting so will have to see.

You should be getting at least 15 in town, you must have the 4.88 rear axle. Call your dealer and ask them how many miles till break in.

relax cat.... jmbtile, post or PM me the vin. i'll tell you the axle ratio.

cat, it all depends on fuel quality, driving habits, idle time, and accessories. believe it or not but a bug shield can rob you of mpg. also a fresh engine can take mpg from you too. need to let her got all broken in and balanced.

you put a 80 year old behind the wheel of one and you will get 20. put a 16 year male behind the wheel and you are gonna get 8

They 2008-2010 Ford diesels are bring good money through the shoot. The demand is up on them. I would give it a try. Keep in mind the rebates on the new ones are going to hurt your trade, and the new trucks are hot so not much dealing going on there either.

I just towed my 12K boat back from Eddies through stop and go city traffic, busy I-65 up and down hills. The truck is a sparkling performer. Didn't really have to think about towing much at all.

Mine just came in, the A/C seats work great for the bush farts, and I don't have to turn it off at the drive thru she is so quiet no loud clatter like my 6.0. I'm getting 16.5 MPG out of the box
