6.4 engine swap

My 6.4 is a pos...but the f-450 is great. Any chance to swap with a engine/trans from a wrecked scorpion? Probably not worth it but I am throwing it out there. What is the procedure to get ford to extend the warrenty to 250K on the 6.4??

Why put another 6.4 in it? You know you can't trust it and it gets terrible mileage. Put a Cummins in it.
