surge vs. e.o.h. brakes??

I upgraded to the brake right 1500psi unit last summer with stock drums. It was a huge improvement but told myself I also wanted to upgrade to disc. I just ordered a complete disc brake conversion kit and all new lines. Plan to do it in the next 2 weeks.

Can't wait!

are you going to put brakes on a golf cart ? those are 7 inch . if you have a 3500 #axle you need 10 inch brakes with 4 hole backing plate , 5200# axle is 12 inch brakes with 5 hole baking plates.

No that was just an example. I just ordered 4 loaded 10" 3500lb electric drum sets, 2 backing plates for another axle and a 4 brake controller.

Hey Rookie,

Yes, those are straight electrics, albeit WAY too small!

Just measure your drums, and order the assembleys. It's that simple. check out www.etrailer.com I have had good luck wuith them in the past.
