Are there any quads that have both kick start and electric start?
That I do not know.

Honda sold a gazillion 400EXs, so there are a ton of them on the used market, also why they are priced so well. Very nice quad for the money.

Just let me know I am on vacation till the 4th just hanging at the house. I have been working on motorcycles for a living since 1990 so I can give you the good and bad about most of them. I dont know what all we have for sale at our stores but if you go to www.wherethepoweris.com and see something you like I'll call and see what I can get it for you for, or atleast tell you what to ask and look at on the ones out there for sale.

Keep your eyes on Craiglist and SearchTempest.com. There are a lot of great deals out there as long as you know what you are getting into.

No, nobody makes both kick and electric start.

You can get some with electric with pull start back up. My fiance rides a kawasaki lakota sport 300 with that. Not real fast though. About 50-55mph.

Your 250x isn't a bad bike. The 400 ex is faster but has no reverse if you get an earlier model which you would be looking at in the $2000 range.

The 400's are pretty quick but my 1991 suzuki lt250r eats them alive.

It is a shame your not closer, my bro is selling his 2005 LTZ 400 for $2500 and it has about 10 rides on it since new. It is fast, has reverse, electric start, also has all new aftermarket rims and tires, all skid plates, bumper and grab bar, original tires with maybe 2 rides on them, and helmet included!!!

Just my 2 cents.

Oh, and my parents have a early 2000's Polaris Sportsman 500. That thing is a beast and would highly suggest that or the newer 700 or 800's if thats what you are looking for.
I agree. Owned a 2003 and loved it. Way better then the 2001 honda 400 ex I had. have ridden yamaha 450, honda 450, raptor and banshee. I personally like the z 400 better. Great on the trails, woods, wheelies, and fast!

I have a 2006 grizzly 660. because of me my 2 buddies bought the 2009 and 2010 grizzly 700 EFI. All awesome machines. They can pull, plow, and still do 65 on a gravel road. I have had great luck with mine. I would reccomend it any day. Plus the trans doesnt feel like its slipping all the time like the sportsmans. They feel cheap. Thats only my opinon, just sharing what i know and observe. Good luck to you.

Seaford,
Where do you ride? We go to slades.

I have a Zuki z400 and love it. Lots of parts for it and runs well. There are a bunch of us local boaters that ride.

I know of a nice Honda 300 for about $1700 and a Z400 for just over $2k. Both are local.
