Depends on what other mods he's done. 4x4 and 6.7 with the Edge j/a I would say 13-15 hwy.

For comparison my 06 dually with the 5.9, no mods and stock wheels/tires I got 21-23 hwy. 4x4 and 6.7 will cost 4-5mpg. Mind you this is running below 2000rpms.
