Eagle Trailers
Does anyone know if Eagle Trailers in Wyandot MI is still in business?
I am trying to get a couple new brake calipers for my 2005 trailer and seem to be getting the run around!
They still have a website and phone # went to some ones voicemail but the email address is no good.
Tie Down Engineering here in ATL who makes the calipers for my trailer and sells or sold them to Eagle A) wont sell direct, B) says Eagle is now running under the name Hawkeye trailers out of Humbolt, IA and C) told me to call some place called the expiditers in FL to try and get the parts I need.
Guess I will try the Eagle # one more time tomorrow and if that dont work, I guess keep jumping through flaming hoops!
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

The coupler on our trailer was messed up when our boat was transported, and eagle is sending the marina a new coupler to install. As far as I know they are still in business.

Exactly. I matched up mine at NAPA. It helps to get someone knowledgable in parts searching vs. just some counter person taking orders.

Got 6 new calipers coming my way and hopefully that will end my trailer issues for a few more years!

i dont know when they switched to Tie Down but they built my trailer with them on it in early 2005 and sounds like they still use them quite a bit.
i almost wonder if they offer the Kodiaks you have as an option or something.
