I'm gonna have my detailer go over it with clay and put a shine on it. The stuff he uses is hard as a rock when its done.. He does my Ferrari every 3 weeks or so and I usually wash it at the carwash with a wand a couple times in between and it still beads water and grime off.. Luckily this black has a lot of metallic flake in it so it should hide scratches a little better than triple black.

clay is good idea but if its a new vehicle your wasting money on it as its not going to do anything. You really have to wait about a year for clay to be effective. Although there could be some contaminents from shipping and on the lot.

blacks a beootch though, last two trucks of mine were black and still have a black camaro. But nothing like a black vehicle.
Lessons I have learned from the camaro, 2-3 coats of wax per year, and every wash use ICE. That has helped BIG time. |

I've had 5-6 black vehicles & I learned that white is WAY easier to take care of....so my new EB is white. I'm keeping my 250(6.4) for a while. I may convert it into an airplane (that means sell it & use the casIFAD a down payment) if the EB turns out to be what everyone says it is here.

thats dang good, but if hes mainly straight shot no stop and drives longer distances I would beleive it as the truck would start learning that act accordingly.

thats really good. But I guess if you feather it and keep it at 30 you could probably get there. But its impressive hearing some of these stories. 331 helps alot though too.
