That's vary cool! We have the same senario in chicago buy we have a race track to boot along with a condo..Most are race cars tho..

Now THATS cool......I thought the place in the original post would have a track connected to it so you could go out and have at er'......without a track it seems a bit of a waste although hanging out in a community of like minded people would be cool.....with no track just move and build your own garage to your specs like I did and not have to "commute" to you garage...... there's lots of homes around that have enough property to build a great garage

We have a few car storage places like that in Houston but not nearly as well thought out or as social.
