just blew a head gasket on my 05 6.0 crew cab. I only paid $5k for her. She runs like a beast and hauls everything. 2 wd and long bed. What is the EGR delete? I am putting new head gaskets and doing the injectors. Any ideas? Had a slight buck sometimes if you lugged it. Fig it was a bad injector. Made noise when cold also.
