Default shipping CALI to NY

anyone recommened a reasonable shipper. looking at shipping a 28ft boat from california to ny. has a trailer but would like it on a flat deck vs dragging it all the way.

YEAH. thinking about picking it up and bringing it back to life if the shipping is reasonable. i have everything to put it back together so we will see what happens

Unless you can get a deal cut I would guess at least 2 grand and more like 4-5 to have it shipped. I got all the quotes in the world from MI to NY and they wanted 1400-2k to do it. And that was 1/3 of the distance.

I cant remember the web page but there is one out there where you put in the requirements and people bid on it.

is there a plan for unloading and loading? I have a customer at work who hauls flatbed east/west, maybe it could work out

Ironing out the details on the boat now. Found a few decent shipping offers. Any other suggestions or anyone leaving california empty?
