I would say that is pretty custom...Like the Peterbilt sleeper adds a nice touch to the whole setup

nice catch on the peterbuilt sleeper . it is a 70 inch with double bunk , fridge . I cut the bottom out and set it down over the frame to get the look I was wanting . I didn't want it to tall . it is a e450 with a 7.3 diesel . it towes my 35 lightning nicely , also the 36 ft fifth wheel .

Nice always liked my Peterbilt but drive a new Kenworth now, bet the extra room with the sleeper is nice to have on long trips

I could never get used to the old mirrors, they looked like antennae... what mirrors are those? makes me look at kodiaks a whole diff way now.

That is pretty cool. I was considering doing a 4 door Top Kick for awhile, but that is a four door WITH the extended cab. Very custom for sure, how was it done?

Extended cab section grafted onto an existing four door?
