Why didn't the first guy find this problem? Could he have caused it?

don't think he would have anything 2 do in those areas, he was just bleeding at the wheels????

Correct me if i m wrong but the first guy had specific instructions as to what to do. He wasnt sent there to Dx and fix. he was sent just to perform a few tasks. Correct? I think someone from the factory needs to come look at this and fix it.

Well, did you tighten those fittings and try it out yet? Curious minds wanna know.
