ok gotcha!..well heres another kick in the balls,,if those are cast ARE wheels their weight rating is only 2000 lbs per wheel..

Good idea, and I like your work.

I'd be scared to death though that it would load a bit off center though and do damage to the pickups and/or transom as the boat slid down to center. Can you extend the notch all the way across the board?

Yeah I realized that after I installed it .. I should have routed it across the entire width.. my second draft will be better.

I have used these tires (and other similar brands) in 235/85/16 G load range 14 ply 110psi on my 50' 3/4 car hauler with ZERO problems. Have not had a flat tire in years!

Good luck perfecting your tongue weight issues. You are on the right track with lots of good ideas. I would move the 3 axles back or re-do the bunk notch again to move the boat forward a little more.

If you convert to 2 axles look into the 10,000lb and run some super singles.

Are you weighing the boat with or without fuel?
