I agree you won't need the 4.56. Mine was a 6-speed manual and the gears were tall, like 3.42 or 3.73 and pulled 20k through the mountains no problem. My friends Powerwagon did tow amazing with the automatic trans and the 4.56. He totalled it and was forced into a used truck fast for work so went with a 06 duramax. He was a chevy guy at heart and hates the truck. Says everything about his 08 powerwagon was better except fuel mileage. His next truck WILL be a power wagon or a cummins ram.
