The blog I stole the video from said the license plate camera caught it....even at those speeds..could be BS who knows.

I am totally disappointed that his head did not snap backward, neon flames did not shoot out from under the car, and a 40 degree wheelstand did not happen when he hit the button. Where is Paul Walker when you need him?

Since when did the State Troopers start running Dodge Challengers?? that is a bad a$$ police car

Check out Jay Heath editor of Vette magazine, Feb 2014 editorial page 6. And I quote "based on what we're hearing, it now appears that Team Corvette aka GM is planning to skip the intermediate model altogether and instead coronate the next ZR1. Then he goes on to discuss that the power will be supercharged as before.
We'll just have to see but this guy Jay is very rarely wrong.

My business is next to a DPS location, as you know they have a lot of chargers, first saw a challenger a few months ago. Have never seen more than one in the lot at a time.

I agree it was not that stout for a Heads/Cam/Bolt ons but they coul dhave use the bottle to just make the 200mph happen on shorter peaice of road.

a stock C6 Z07 will do 198 from the factory... heads cam and they are 219 range.

Seen one next to me in Ft. Lauderdale, had to do a couple of takes while trying to keep up on US-1 to try to figure out what it was. What it was is sharp... and I am not a big Vette fan.
