I wouldn't stripe the car. Stripes suit the coupes better .Looks great as is with the black top for contrast.

I think that is very true that they look better on the Coupes than on roadster... I might just save the money for exhaust and a Cold air intake from K+N....
Thanks,
Dean

I have factory stripes on my coupe but like verts without. If you haven't driven a Viper before [ doesn't matter if you driven powerful cars before ] take it real easy on the throttle and down shifting for a while until you are confident with the car.

SO,
Beautiful Coupe, love the color combo. And I hear ya, when I test drove last weekend, the car just has a brutal amount of torque, and shifting her takes alittle bit of getting used to....
Thanks,
Dean

Thanks DF, you'll love the snake. There isn't many cars that gives you the excitement and rush like it. Driven a few exotics in my life and none gave me that adrenalin rush like the Viper.

SO,
We test drove it around town, and out on the hi-ways, and it most amazing car experince I have ever had! The Viper accelerated harder, went faster, and braked harder than any other car I have ever driven. It's almost intoxicating!

Ferrari 599, NobleM400, Gallardo Superleggera,Lambo Countach,,Diablo in the mix with my friends never stopped people from admiring the Viper whenever we stop for coffee.
Having 4.10 rear helps me hang with any of them as acceleration goes, top speed suffers a bit but that's OK .
You'll find that fuel economy is pretty decent on the highway with stock gearing.

My ex brother in law and his father were both salaried at Chrysler, the group his father was in were higher up executives and when the Viper came out they got to take turns having one for the weekend or something, wasn't long before one of the guys swapped ends on one violently under hard power and had a bad crash which put the end to that perk, so ,good advice, get used to that raw power before getting too nuts!

Dean, I love stripes on a Viper, and especially on the coupes. But, on a roadster, in red, I would leave it as it is.The color says it all.
