Thanks guys. Guys at napa are giving me the run around. I was hoping for a simple fix but I see thats not the case. I'm not sure what kind of axle just know that there torsion arm axles 8 lug with disc brakes, which by the way I need new bars too. I know from Fast Load the the spindle dimensions are 1.75 for inner bearing and 1.25 for outer. NAPA wants to pull the old races out and seat new ones. There telling me I need to mic where the seal sits so they no what size seal it needs. I don't have a mic tool so guess I'm going to have to buy one. I will def by spares so I don't go thru this headache again, and will go thru all the bearing and make sure there ok and re pack them.
I limped the boat and trailer to my storage building I just really wanted to get the hub put back together first. Oh well. Once I get this together ill run the boat and then work on the rest with out it on the trailer.

This not the kind of thing NAPA runs into too often, and that may be part of your problem.
Surely there is a serious trailer shop in your town, maybe focused on RV's, horse trailers, or big utility trailers. That's the kind of shop you should be consulting.

There should be numbers stamped on the bearings. Timken makes a race/bearing/bearing/race/seal kit.

ALL of the auto parts stores are useless for the most part as they need to cross reference with a Make/Model/Year. That doesn't work for us obviously. You say "boat trailer" and they look at you like you just cut the living tissue off of your Terminator arm; asking for a toothed washer.

I found several companies who can help you searching on Delaware, OH. You need to pull out a good set, and match them up.
Buy a couple sets of spares too. It's worth it just to have the part numbers easy to find; not to mention have extra parts within arm's reach.

the inside bearing should be a 25580,,you have 2 choices for the outside bearing,,a 14125a which is a 7200 lb axle or a 02475 which is a 8000lb axle..the only true way your going to fine out what the seal and outside bearing is if you take one og the good hub apart to get the correct numbers..also their are 3 differant seal numbers ....the true numbers are on the bearings and if you clean the seal real good you will see the number on the outer lip of the seal..btw the bearings and races are not going to be cheap..
