I really appreciate the compliments Jupiter. You definitely have to pay attention with it. It's hard to really get a handle on how big the rig really is until you see it in person. 92' long. 13' 5" tall and 60,000#'s.

Man you guys must have some big wide open launch ramps. You'd be jammed up and high centered all over the place around here

On my last boat just before I towed it, I would wash and rinse it well. Then when it's clean, wash it with Dawn dish soap and not rinse it. Leaving the Dawn dish soap allowed the soot from exhaust and road grime to attach to the soap. When I got to my destination I would rinse the soap AND soot-road grime off in one shot. Boat is now squeaky clean.
The soot and road grime doesn't get into the paint and gel coat.

I use the same process for my boat on the lift in the slip. I come back to bird and spider poop all over the boat. Rinse it off with the garden hose and nothing sticks. Dawn dish soap is a real time saver for me.
