I'm gonna rebuild my trailer bunks and was wondering if I should change up how my bunks are setup to for my twin step....not sure if my flat bunks are the best setup for my hull. Also would adding a roller or two help with loading and unloading? Any help is greatly appreciated as always!

Pictures would help here before we could make recommendations, but flat bunks that cradle the boat are typically always better.
I've never really seen a roller employed on our types of boats. I don't think it's going to be friendly on your keel. But you could try it; as long as you ALWAYS have two people putting the boat on the trailer. You need to "land" the boat on the trailer and make it "stick" with friction on so you can put the winch strap on and pull it the rest of the way up. A roller is not likely to help you here as the boat will always want to come back off the trailer until you have the winch strap engaged.

I just realized that the first picture of the Myco that I posted is a bit of a "hybrid" model with flat 2x6s and 4x4s.
Take a look at these, and I think you will see some good setups:

Yeah the bottom setup was what I was thinking, if you look close at my top picture my side bunks run completely across my steps, just thought having it split between the two would be better, but wasn't sure.
