it means that the car. with the modifications of slicks (racing tires), cold air intake (shouldnt need to be explained at all), and aftermarket exhaust (free flowing) the car has enough traction to pull a wheelie. that would be the front wheels coming off of the ground when accelerating from a stopped position at the dragstrip.

I got the slicks/intake/exhaust references, just didn't get the "pack a factory 19 in the air" part......neither did a few other posters on the thread.
