Default Help with truck hands free kit. Advice needed!

Need to buy a fellow boater with a 2014 Chevrolet LTZ a gift.
One of our local states (NH) just enacted a pretty serious hands free law as of July 1st.
What is the best kit out there? High quality microphone and integration with truck speakers are the big requirements.
Advice appreciated!

I would think if the truck is a 14 with the Ltz package it already has hands free / blue tooth. You sure the he doesn't have it but not know how to use it?

My 14 is only LT trim and it has MyLink, Bluetooth, USB outlets, steering wheel controls and voice commands. I'd be shocked if the LTZ didn't have it.

Are there enhancements to the stock system that can be made? Better external microphones or additional mics for example?

I'll check but there are none that I'm aware of.

I get the "stock sucks" mentality & have it myself but is there a specific area that he's having issues with?

The stock mic's aren't picking up what he's saying ?

Got it - sorry I missed that…

I reached out to our GM OnStar rep to see if there are any upgrades available but I'm not aware of any.

Depending on her schedule I should hear something back by Wednesday-ish.
