As far as getting 850miles out of a tank? I don't drive 65

My 2500 duramax got front pads at 130K miles. Brakes were fine but it needed a wheel bearing so I swapped the pads at that time since it was apart. Rear brakes were still stock when I traded it at 173K miles. Ford mechanic at the dealership bought it.......I saw the truck a few months later and talked with him. He joked that he bought it so he wouldn't have to work on it!
