I would think that whoever you decide to use, you need to commit sooner rather than later.
The transport guys are probably going to be in high demand for that event & others like it.
Just my .02 but I'd get referrals prior to selecting any shipper.
Also check your insurance and make sure you've got coverage for someone else transporting your boat.
