You referring to Myco with the 1/3 additional? And was the $1,300 adder for the Manning in aluminum correct? If so would of figured it was more.
Not a fan of the bridging either.

Have seen a few of the Haul Rite trailers in person at Eddies places - without the boats on them so I could check them out really well. VERY nice trailers! I think you're spot on giving zero sh!ts about alum for resale or the presumed lack of salt exposure. I have a 2013 Myco triple axle under my 35 Fountain and while it's one of the most expensive boat trailer brands on the road today it's really not that special. I actually hate the aluminum construction for one reason - the Power 1 hull cleaner I use always discolors it. Drives me insane!

Above all, Ed is one of the best in the biz and will back your purchase with after the sale service like no other.

Many good options being tossed out here. I'm a big fan of Phoenix and Manning but given where the boat is and that it needs to be measured I'd definitely go Haul Rite. Having Eddie involved is a huge plus. Definitely go red over white. I hate my white trailer. Hate it! It has sat indoors its entire life and still looks like crap compared to darker paint trailers that have been abused. White shows everything and it will never perfectly match the hull so it always looks like a turd in a punch bowl. If you knew you would always have a silver tow vehicle I wouldn't discount going silver. I had a mostly white boat with tan/burgundy accents and a brand new pewter-colored 'Z71 and I painted the new Heritage trailer pewter to match the truck. Looked sharp. Burgundy accents on the trailer to match the boat. I'll see if I can dig up a pic.

When I had the Manning built for the 400ss I just called them and we went over all the specifics, there was no need to bring the boat there they had access to all all the dimensions.

We were able to get everything done through email. When we priced it out there was a considerable price increase from a 7000lb axle to the 8000.

We had no issues with the bunk placement but the tongue was a little longer than I would have liked. I will try to upload photos later.

I had a great experience with Manning in the late summer. Trailer was done on time and performs as it should. Fitment is right on, all bunks supporting and loading the trailer is a breeze. The only issue I had was the winch stand was too tall and the beak would lay on the strap when loading/launching. Manning said they would fix it but didn't feel the drive was worth it. Had a friend cut down 8" and it is perfect now. I also had them make transom strap points that would work around the tabs. I also opted for the double spare loaded with bearings and brake discs.

Yes on the flag holders, but the strobe lights should really be in the boat to compliment the stripper pole. Has the missus decided on a stage name yet? LOL

I think the strobes are a great idea- one of the local launches I use has the tie-down lane on the shoulder of the road, and even with hazard flashers I've had a close call at dusk. Probably cheaper to incorporate them than add them. And if you need to stop on the shoulder to grab rubbers and whipped cream from the Quickie Mart, strobes will be more conspicuous to approaching vehicles.
