That looks really nice!
Not to hijack but do you have any problems with your brake module getting submerged?

So I like the 3500 to 3700 capacity Winch and prefer the strap type, but the Dutton-Lainson (DL3500B) only comes with a cable winch
and Fulton T3700 also only offers a cable winch................I'd have to come down to a 3200 capacity in order to have a strap type winch.
The highest rated crank winches are spooled with wire cable..........might have to settle for that with a 12K boat.....any thoughts?

Not sure if that question was directed at me? If it was, the brake module mounted at the front of the trailer would never come close to being submerged!

That all depends on the trailer and the ramp, and step bottom boats have to go in deeper. I've had the back bumper of an F-350 underwater before when launching a 31' Cigarette (straight bottom) on a crappy ramp that has less slope than my garage floor.

I always recommend the EoH pump/controller be mounted at least 6-8" above the trailer's frame.
