2017 F-350. Best truck I have ever owned
400SS Combined gross 32K, Pulled cross country great. Still under ford F-350 gooseneck CGVR

I see that you may be a Texas resident. Be sure and look at the combined gross vehicle weight rating on both of the combinations that you are considering. Power unit GVWR plus towed unit GVWR equals CGVWR. Our 2011 F350 has a GVWR of 11,500 lbs and our triple axle trailer has a rating of 15,000 lbs. This combination creates a CGVWR of 26,500 lbs. Texas Driver License law would requires a Class A Driver License on a vehicle or vehicles with a GVWR or CGVWR over 26,001 lbs. This combination would fit the recreational vehicle exception so you would need a Class A non-CDL. Check it out the numbers.....
