Sorry, just to fore warn I'm going off the deep end, but your trying for absolute accuracy when the normal marine/auto gauge itself does not have that
Could go to a CNC machine shop and bring the radiator and lines in with. Then have them machine out a fixture to use between and install the sender. Then locate a medical/NASA gauge manufacture to get to =/- .001 percent accuracy. Afterwards you will be spot on.
Only bad thing is what if the cooler is not cooling fluid as much as you thought. OH NOOOOO, just install another gauge on the other side

You did go off the deep end and I enjoy your attempt at lite sarcasm, but I know where I will place it (sensor) and not over-analysis it any further.

Glow shift 3in1 diesel gauge? Then ya can fit 5 gauges in the 3 spots, hahaha. I installed one in Farm truck. Mainly to keep a eye on tranny temp since I'm running a 4L80e. They have several different configs and gauges. No complaints here.
