MY dogs don't even go in it! And they only weigh 12 lbs. apiece! :D

Actually, FCA did license the SouthFork name from the Dallas TV show 'people'. I have since bought a few novelty items just because, and I bought the my sales Rep, the dealer GM, the Service guy and the Parts guy at the dealer, Dallas SouthFork coffee mugs which I gave them when I took delivery of the truck.

I've been to a couple parties at that place.

So....I'm thinking pool party pics and the stories that go with them is a helluva lot better topic for February than sunroofs and moonroofs

As Sydwayz said, I’ve also heard some horror stories on sunroofs in trucks as it’s a huge field of space losing structural integrity. I know my LTZ extended cab twist and creaks a good deal without that middle door Pilar.

With that said ill I’ll be looking at the 2021 models and would get one if they have it sorted out. I think that it’s more comfortable for anyone riding in the rear seats.

As mentioned above. With the trim level most of us buy our trucks at, it is there by default. I almost never use mine, and god help me if I ever did with the wife and her hair blew around !!! That being said, it would bug the crap out of me if I didnt have one, and I would suddenly want to open it every single time I drove the truck. Make sense?

seafordguy 02-21-2019 08:42 PM

I think they car companies market those things to kids. I'd open mine 2 times a year on my own volition. The kids on the other hand want it open all the time and are indifferent to weather conditions. They would be happy if it was open during a snowstorm...

I like using my sunroof, problem is it messes up the wife's hair so I don't get to use it as much as I like.
