I drove an ‘18 platinum dually to key west and back, I thought the turning radius was great, especially compared to my ‘99 and ‘06 trucks. It had blind spot detection.

I wasn't sure on the BLIS availability, thank you for clarifying. How long did you wait for yours? We ordered late July and took delivery Late October.

I didn't realize the base model trucks have power locking tailgates, I ordered mine with remote start and all the tech goodies allowed on an xl package. This works well with the bed cover I installed, went with a Truxedo Sentry which secures the bed each time the truck is locked. Very nice cover, has the aluminum underneath the vinyl outer layer.

6.2 F350 Gasser update. We have towed the boat to the lake at least a half dozen times so far and I can't believe how good the 6.2 gets up to speed with the boat behind it. I believe a lot of that is due to the transmission but it doesn't feel underpowered in any way and gets right up to 6th gear no problem. Only have 4200 miles on it so far but thought I would give an update. Towing 311 Formula BTW

Order banks are closed for 2020's now, 2021's can start being ordered 8/17/20 for those of you wanting 2nd year 7.3's. Judging by the very few miles I have put on my 19 6.2 we won't be ordering a 7.3 for a few years.

Tyler,
Sorry this took so long. I didn't exactly order it. A close friend does the ordering for the dealership I use. I was talking with him about the possibility of ordering and spec'd one out. Next thing I know he texts me with pics of exactly what I was considering. The hook was set and I bought. I'm guessing two months from order to delivery. One of the reasons I was hesitant is I was thinking of waiting until 2020 to get the 7.3.

We love our 19 6.2 F-350 except for the center console that folds up into a seat, we actually utilize that quite a bit. Maybe next time when we get the 7.3 we will get a higher trim level with bucket front seats and the big center console. Did you get 6.2 or 6.7?

I bought my first new Duramax in 2009 and have traded it every other year for a new one. Currently own a 2018 with about 60K miles on it. I REALLY don't need a 2500 diesel pickup anymore and looking for gas options. My work truck is a 19 F350 with a 6.2. I currently have around 3000 miles on it. I hate this truck. It is so under powered that I don't even like to get on the interstate with it, much less pull anything with it and it averages a little over 7mpg. I am a GM guy, but I haven't kept up with the gas engines for a few years now. Any other options out there on bigger gas engine pickups that people are happy with?
