Week 50 or December 2002...I have same wheel on my vintage truck..Firestone makes an LT truck tire 9.5R16.5LT which is about the only thing of size sold $200.00...Carlisle sells a very narrow trailer tire..new wheels makes sense..however I have run LT truck tires on my trailer with success in past...but have a light hull with 3 axles...

Holy chit I think they are the original tires when the trailer was built, my boats around 8k no fuel, I found tires on ebay for around 95 bucks
Edit: any take off wheels out there, upgraded yours and sitting in the corner.........

I'd check etrailer...they have some wheel and tire packages for what I thought was pretty reasonable...never know what you're gonna get on ebay really...a flat in the middle of the night somewhere will make you wish you spent a little more initially...ask me how I know hahaha

Definitely replace the wheels and tires. No one runs 16.5" wheels/tires anymore.
I have bought from both of these with great results in the past::
https://recstuff.com/
https://www.tredittire.com/
My personal tire choice would be a Firestone TransForce HT (highway tread) LT tire, 235/85/16.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Almost no one runs them...
the 16" won't clear the front brake calipers on trucks is the reason some are forced to run the 16.5 or larger..the HT comes in a 16.5..the profile is a bit high I assume..
