Just a automotive pump Ive had for years, I also use it to pump fuel out of the boat to a 150 gallon tote at the end of the season, then pump it into my F150....

Went to bleed the brakes yesterday and the NEW master cylinder is bad, the front bowl will not bleed fluid, Im thinking its assembled wrong, I cant get the snap ring out to remove the piston so Im going to order a new one, this thing is wearing me out, might just but it on BaT and sell it

first, c2 and 3 corvette brakes are notoriously hard to bleed. I have fought many of them and even with all the air out some of them dont feel right. second, I have had new masters that if you push them in they do not return properly. I think it is because you are bleeding them so there is zero pressure to get them started back and they are tight and the spring is not enough. at the factory they were bleed from the calipers up to the master because of problems getting the air out. I have an adapter I made to screw into the bleeder and hook to my pressure bleeder.

The rears bled of fine even with the 2 bleeders one on each side of the caliper, never seen that before, I have a 67 RS SS Camaro with front disc like the Vetts

so if the rears bleed fine then are you sure the proportioning valve did not shuttle over and block the front? did you have the lock tool screwed in where the switch is on the prop valve? just a though before you take a hammer to it. I have done a lot of vettes and they can tend to be troublesome.
