Trailer Help?? MYCO & F350 DRW

Here is the issue... My Trailer works fine behind a GMC / Chevy truck
Hooked my trailer up to two different Fords, both F350 DRW (2017 & 2018)
if I remember correctly, when I had my 2016 Chevy 2500 I had to order a little black magnet kit from MYCO to get the trailer to work, for my 36 Nor-Tech Cat and my 39 Nor-Tech CC trailers(? ) I could be wrong but I ordered something to make it work? haha
Currently I have a 2103 MYCO Trailer for my 39 Nor-Tech CC and a F350 DRW (2018)
The brakes do not work behind the Ford when plugged in.
Call MYCO and they say they have had problems with Ford's, you may need to go to Dealer and have them Flash the truck?
They are unable to tell me what to tell dealer to flash? Dealer looks at me like a deer in the headlights..
Has anyone had this issue and or can tell me what to tell my Dealer to look for?
Boat leaves for Florida for the winter within the week, right after Thanksgiving and I need to get this corrected?
Thanks in advance, Patrick

are they all electric , EOH ? sounds like the voltage to the actuator is coming out on the wrong pin in the plug vs the Chevy.......Id think a trailer dealer could fix the issue
