Question Bouncy ride in back

Been thinking about a different truck , mostly cause the ride in teh back of my RAM dually is really bouncy to the point the kids are getting tired of it and don`t wanna go with us on longer trips.
The ride in front is fine, i have no complaints but the interior is plain.
Anything I can do ?
Ford or Chevy any better in the back ?

My Ford F250 is a 2014 and the ride in the back is great, knock on wood I have not had one issue with it yet. Change the oil and regular maintenance and its been great. I have always owned Chevy's except one Ford I bought new in 87 nothing but issues, I said I would never buy another one. But I really liked the look of the Super duty and after issues with my Chevy I bought the Ford new. I am looking at a new F350 now but I am having a problem with the 92,000 price tag.

If you go Ford, get at least a 2017 because the whole truck was redesigned

Sell the business and house in Illinois and run for your life along with a few Key employees to the St Pete/ Sarasota area .

Start a new A/C business, buy a house on the water with a lift out front for the Cig and a pool for the kids.

No need for a new truck because you won't need to tow so much and you will never get the kids out of the pool

You will be money ahead.

Your Welcome.

My Ford dually was the same. Granted it was a 2013 but still same exact issue. I feel like all unloaded duallys are bouncy. With a load the truck drove like a Cadillac

HA! That`s perfect. Folks keep telling me I`d make a killing down there with our northern work Ethic.
I have a few guys ready to move with me but I can`t do Florida. it`s too damn hot, I`d melt.
I can handle cold ,but not Florida heat
