I'm single, and no kids, so not for me. But, I DO love this thing! The short wheel base is awesome being a heavy vehicle, it will still tow well, but easy in the city & suburbs when needed.

Thats awesome! I love it!
If i had money to just spend freely i would convert my 2010 Avalanche onto a suburban 2500 chassis and slap a duramax in there to boot.

I've seen a couple 2500 Avalanche/Suburban/Duramax swaps in my area. I guess someone local does them.

I'd like to put a 2013 loaded Avalanche body on my 2002 2500 Avalanche frame.
