Found the problem while it was on the lift getting duel stabilizers.
The track bar bracket was loose. It’s been a couple weeks now with no issues.

No doubt that others have experienced this but I'll just share my own experience for additional data points.

2004 6.0 Excursion owned from 2010 - 2020 went from 76k to 230k miles. Only upgrade was Bilstien shocks (stock steering stabilizer) and never experienced Death Wobble -- only towed 5k boat/trailer and 7k car/equip trailer
2012 6.7 F350 owned from 2016-2021 went from 77k to 144k miles. No upgrades and never experienced Death Wobble -- towed 15k fifth wheel over 10k miles and 9k boat a few hundred miles.
2017 6.7 F350 owned from 2021-present went from 56k to 60k miles. No upgrades and never experienced Death Wobble -- towed 15k fifth wheel a couple hundred miles and 9k boat a few hundred miles.
