i had my boat off the trailer in august 2021. drove it over to them to look at the bent axle and measure to order replacements. was told them could get them in 3-4 weeks. since then its like groundhog day. call them and explain to them who i am and what we had done so far, followed by a "let me call to back tomorrow" , which never happens. this has been repeated at least 7 times. and now i'm pretty sure they lost the measurments altogether. i've bought the first aluminum trailer they ever made, went through hell with them with it, got them to build #2 because there was no correcting the problems with #1. since then its been a great trailer but i would never buy another due to the complete lack of service later.

its too bad because i think they can build a quality product but they have no concept of how to run a business.

I just ordered three more Alum. trailers from them. Two for me and one for a friend-they are a hassle to get on the phone but in person they are great, price is right, and the end product is nice. Side note; the extrusion they use is 1/3 thicker then my Myco, tear drop enclosed fenders, additional lights, they charge much less, and its six weeks not six months.

My invisible friend just picked his up last weekend.
ordered 8-3-2021
Told he would have it before the season was over so he could pull his invisible 40SS out of the water since he bought it with no trailer .
I really enjoyed hearing about all the excuses. They were quite good. Like we ran out of air for the tires good

Well...Ordered mine in the middle of October 2021, and told Matt I needed it April 1 2022. Was a little worried about it but after talking to him again in the beginning of March he said he would have it done by the date and he did!
I'm sure there was plenty of extra hours he and the team put in to make it happen, and I greatly appreciate it.
I'm sure there are some others who are waiting, and hope he catches back up.
Overall my experience was good, and excited to see the boat on the trailer and too look at the fitment.
Matt and his folks are great people. Even had a LED side marker act up, or it did something because Matt said he didn't like it and replaced and rewired it.
There is always room for improvement in business and I think having quality help is hard these days.
Anyone can sit and tape boxes and flip burgers, but what him, the guys at Myco, Evolution, what they do is an art.
Going forward I would use them again for our next boat, but have the realistic window of waiting 4-6 months. Just have to plan ahead accordingly I guess.
Thanks again Matt!

well , here's a little follow up with Manning. i have officially crossed the ONE YEAR mark with them trying to get them to get me new axles for my trailer. they have "forgotten" , proveably lied, and given me every excuse except for the one about air for the tires being backordered.

they are just 3500 lb galvanized torsion axles? over a year? we lost your order , dexter lost your order, who are you again x10 ? , look at the dump of a building they work out of. the place is a toxic fire hazard of a disorganized ****hole as you could imagine. NO screw that, you cant even imagine how bad it is.

how do they even paint trailers? there is no legal paintbooth nor even a good homemade one. just some crusty fans blowing all the overspray and metallic particles right out the door.

the amount of time, stress and flustration in dealing with their bull**** is exhausting. luckily i found some dexter axles online. and what do you know? they are made just over a month ago!

so here you go Manning.......F U....C...K... O....F.....F

Was reading this and as I work for Manning Marine, just wanted to point out a few details that were left out. The hauler was a family member of yours that you had come pick up the trailer. Him jack knifing the trailer and destroying it on the highway had nothing to do with Manning Marine. Another details is it sat here for over 4 1/2 years damaged without any word after he brought it back to us. The trailer was not just the first 6 to 10 ft, but also twisted in the back. The owner of Manning Marine contacted you and discussed the situation with you as a manufacturer wanted to fix it the best way can to use as a yard trailer. The price was agreed upon by both sides and I know they sent you a check as i witnessed it being written out with my own eyes. Just wanted to add those details in your story. Thanks.

Hi Saber 28. Just wanted to say this, as you have no idea how we paint our trailers and what filters we use in our fans, I would appreciate if you would stop making faults claims. Not sure what happened on the axles but as we are the only company on this planet having supply issues, I apologize for this.

I normally dont respond to things like this, but wanted to Mr Nykamp, the trailer in question was not delivered the wrong color. it was delivered the color that was written and signed for on the purchase agreement. It did need some adjustments,(as yes there were bunks that fit the hull, just not all) that we were not allowed to do. Being sued was over us not paying to have it repainted red even thought he ordered it white and I can prove it.
