So I need to replace the pump in my 2000 super duty, the book says to drop the tank, but I've heard it's easier to raise the bed for access. Any one done either, and recommendations.
6.8 gas btw.

never done that particular one but we always take the bed off if possible. the hoses are a pain to undo when trying to reach up over the tank while the fuel sloshes it back and forth
