..this is listed on Boat Trader..states it's a 38' Big Red original race boat..??

Was raced years ago, believe it ran big Ford power and Speedmasters, 700hp or so, around a 100mph. Have lots of old race tapes with footage of this boat in action, was always a very good running boat. I believe this hull was used as the " plug " for todays 41 Velocity. Call Steve Stepp, believe he was one who raced it.

Any other pics? Thats my favorite old velocity. In fact, I wish they kept the styling of that boat!

Funny, I was in a friends garage today and these two 605 CI SVO Ford motors were sitting there getting ready to be dynoed next week. Should put out some impressive numbers!!

I know!!!!!!! I put it there, that is my old boat, sold it to 1HYPER1 two seasons ago. Part of deal was that he was to remove the name. He asked me to leave as a size gauge for his new name, I obliged his request. Fits the boat's overall attitude, but I had some very personal reasons for it's removal. Guess I'm puzzled why it's still there.
