I spoke with Steve Teeter last Friday at the Miami show and he felt that there wouldn't be a conflict this year if we held Velocity Fest on July 28th - 29th. So let's plan on this date. The Carolina Powerboat Club folks will be meeting in the next couple of weeks to schedule their Lake Norman Poker Run. That being said, the dates will be firmed up very shortly for these two great Velocity events. Now we'll only have to wait for summer to arrive!

The preliminary details will be (tenative) July 28th -29th starting in Forked River, NJ and then running to Atlantic City, NJ. We'll overnight in AC at Trumps Marina and return the next day. The trip will be about 45 miles each way - 90 miles round trip. There's excellent facilities at both locations. More details to follow.
