I agree with the mesh look vinyl materials. I haven't had any experience with cleaning it or how well it holds up or even how much more expensive it is, but it sure looks nice.

Hey FFO,what kind of boat do you own,I own a Velocity and love it,yes I have some issues and Steve Stepp knows what they are you can bet your as8 ON THAT,so tell us what kind of boat do you own,a BAYLINER or a turbine powered 200 MPH MTI.Also if you are a friend of Thorough, sorry about your luck.
PS If I was a spokes person I would not bash here I would have already fixed the problems and moved on to the next task at hand.
Also I see you own a 280 Velocity maybe you need to also check to see if they used that 18.00 dollar tube of caulk. And if you want to Question me as to my knowledge.Bring it on.

Why would I want those headachs,I have enough of my own as I am sure it comes with many problems and not enough pay to compensate.I am self employed and know there are lots of headachs to deal with besides I thought you were going to get the job as GM,Spokesman and President.

Make to the BMC for a awesome time Oh, and two Fountains had to turn back, One had a wave come over the bow and took off the fairing and the other swamped a motor. So I don't want to hear Chit about Velocity's.

We did finally make it that day by automobile..

Alright back on track.
On the newer models, Velocity is using Auto loc engine hatch actuators. They are way to slow and to light weight for the task at hand. After a couple of problems with mine, I replaced it with a Hardin Marine actuator. It is much faster. Super heavy duty , polished, and has a foot more travel (24") . I would recomend using the Hardin Marine actuator as standard equipment.
