One more option. I found a good deal on a new set of CMI Unitops. I've heard that they don't fit on some applications. Anyone have any experience with these on a 280?

Certain headers will not work on your hull,check with the manufacturers and make sure thay will woik.:cool:

I think LS1Nova has a set of CMI E tops for sale....you can't go wrong with them and he bought them for a 280.

They were the Sport tubes, but I sold them already. They fit great and looked awsome, but I love my Eickerts:drink:

Like the nam Ls my Scnreen name in Novaboy71 ecpet its not an ls just a little old 388 stroker 550+ h.p in a 71 SS 4.11 10 bolt (i knew should have been a 12 bolt)

LOL, that poor little 10 bolt:drink: I'll have to see if I can dig up the picuture I took of a 10 bolt ring gear laying inside my Dana 60 ring gear :D

Lol i wouldnt doubt it yea i know the 10 does cry a bit when i stomp on it but its just a street car i was my every day driver about 4 year ago thn i just kinda put it away and drive somehting new every summer lol im gonna go evil and dark side mustang=-( i know im sorry but i cant pass this one up

Like any exhaust system without custom tails, you need to verify your transom exhaust hole dimensions to see if they are from a standard Bravo template.
